In the Initiative for Pediatric Palliative Care, family members, like clinicians, evaluated each retreat and the results impacted future retreats. A family leader was an integral part of the team completing the project’s impact evaluation and was one of the co-authors of an article in the Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine.

Follow up with patients and family members using evaluation results from students so they can see the impact of their presentations.
