Outlining the Process of Change

This series of three videos, of varying lengths, outlines the process of Contra Costa Regional Medical Center (CCRMC) in Martinez, CA, as it successfully changed from a "Visitation" Policy to a Welcoming Policy. The videos can be used in a variety of ways, including as part of staff education and in leadership meetings.
